Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of our communities, customers and employees that were impacted by the storms and floods across our state.  If you have been directly impacted, we would like to take a moment to share with you the ways we are here to help.

We can:
  • Quickly replace your debit cards or checks that have been lost in the flooding at no charge.
  • Waive the penalty for early withdrawal from your Certificate of Deposit if you need the cash for living expenses.
  • Waive any overdraft fees you incurred while unable to access your accounts or visit one of our branches.
  • Waive foreign ATM fees if you were unable to get to a Guaranty Bank ATM, simply advise us of the charge on your statement.

To support the ongoing recovery efforts in our state, Guaranty Bank has made a donation to the Salvation Army. We will also be working with them to identify opportunities to volunteer our time as the recovery effort continues.

  • If you would like to apply for federal assistance, you can do so online by visiting www.disasterassistance.gov or by calling 1.800.621.3362.
  • Federal Reserve Bank Services has issued a notice of authorization to Savings Bond agents in designated counties of Colorado recently affected by severe weather and flooding, allowing them to redeem Series EE and I paper savings bonds less than one year old presented during the months of September and October 2013.
