Scholarships

As a part of our long-term commitment to the communities we serve, Guaranty Bank and Trust administers scholarships and grants designed to assist students and families in Colorado's St. Vrain School District area.

Clark Scholarship Fund

  • Created by: Lynn W. Clark
  • Eligible recipients: Graduating seniors from Longmont High School, Longmont, Colorado
  • Selection Basis: Financially deserving graduating seniors of outstanding scholastic and leadership ability
  • Restrictions: To be used at any accredited two or four year college or university
  • Application Form: Longmont High School Local Scholarship Application

Edna Layton Scholarship Fund

  • Created by: Edna Layton
  • Eligible recipients: Graduates of St. Vrain RE1-J High Schools
  • Selection Basis: GPA, community and school participation, essay and financial need
  • Restrictions: Recipients must be pursing education in the field of teaching
  • Application Form: Available in St. Vrain Valley High School Counselor's offices, local college scholarship offices, or through Guaranty Bank and Trust Company's Trust Department

Mary Molloy Scholarship Fund

  • Created by: Mary Molloy
  • Eligible Recipients: Graduating seniors from Loveland High School and Thompson Valley High School, Loveland, Colorado
  • Selection Basis: Financial need, outstanding scholastic, leadership ability. Preference toward agriculture and animal husbandry
  • Restrictions: other scholarship awards may disqualify

Ruth Margaret Green Scholarship Fund

  • Eligible recipients: Graduating seniors from Centaurus High School, Lafayette, Colorado
  • Selection basis: Financially deserving graduating seniors that display character and determination
  • Restrictions: To be used for a college education

Welker Educational Scholarship

  • Eligible recipients: Graduates of St. Vrain Valley School District schools
  • Selection basis: Students that need and require financial assistance
  • Restrictions: To be used at a nonsectarian Colorado institution
  • Application Form: To be provided by the Counselor's office of senior high school within the St. Vrain Valley School District
