Commercial Real Estate provides commercial banking services to real estate investors and developers of residential (for-sale and multi-family), retail, office and industrial properties.  Our expertise includes construction and development, acquisition and/or repositioning of commercial properties, and syndicated loan arrangements. 

Commercial real estate financing is available throughout our branch network, with support on more complex transactions through a team of experienced real estate bankers.

Energy Banking specializes in loans in the $5 to $25 million range as well as treasury management, investing and more. With combined energy banking expertise of 70+ years in the Northern Rockies, we have built our business on a commitment to relationship banking. Our target sectors include exploration and production as well as midstream companies involved in product processing, storage and transportation.
