We offer two different services and give you the ability to pick the one that works best for you.  Both packages give you the ability to assign individual user logins for your employees.

 

Basic package
Our Basic package is designed for customers who want to view their account activity but do not need the ability to initiate any online transactions – such as ACH payments and wire transfers.  This package is free of charge and allows you to:

  • View account balances and activity
  • View and print copies of checks
  • View electronic statements
  • Transfer funds between authorized accounts
  • Schedule transfers and setup account balance e-mail alerts
  • Download information into Intuit® QuickBooks financial software
   
 

Online Cash Management package
Our comprehensive Online Cash Management package is for business customers who need a full array of online banking services and gives you the added ability to:

  • Initiate electronic payments through the ACH network for a variety of payments such as direct deposit, tax payments and cash concentration
  • Utilize Positive Pay services to view exception items and make pay or return decisions
  • Initiate online wire transfer requests and setup recurring wire transfers


Guaranty Bill Pay

Add the ability to pay your bills online to whichever Online Business Banking package you use.  Guaranty Bill Pay eliminates checks, envelopes and stamps while saving you time to focus on running your business... and it's FREE!

  • Pay one-time or recurring bills – schedule recurring monthly payments
  • Set up payment recipients – easily add, delete or modify payees
  • Receive, view and manage electronic bills
  • Set up reminders to help track when bills are due
  • View bill payment history
